Simbisa Brands Limited (the ‘Company’) wishes to advise its valued shareholders, the investing public and other stakeholders that it shall delay the publication of its Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2020. These were due for release at the end of September 2020, and will now be published on or before 16 October 2020 following the extension granted to the Company by the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.
The delay has arisen due to required adjustments to the Audited Financial Statements in order to comply with International Accounting Standard 29: Financial Reporting in Hyperinflationary Economies and International Financial Reporting Standard 16: Leases.
