Simbisa Brands Limited (‘Simbisa’) hereby advises its stakeholders that settlement of Simbisa shares listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange will be processed by the ZSE Depository with effect from 1 November 2021.

Stakeholders should note that there will be no change to their custodial or trading relationships, nor will their ability to transact be affected. Investors are advised to contact their Stockbroker or Custodian to obtain their new Central Securities Depository account numbers.
