Further to the cautionary announcement dated 27 September 2022, Shareholders and the investing public are advised that discussions for the delisting of the Company from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, immediately followed by its listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (the “Transaction”) are still ongoing.

Further details of the Transaction will be provided to Shareholders once all regulatory processes have been finalised.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution and consult their professional advisers when dealing in the Company’s securities until a full announcement is made.
