Simbisa Brands Limited (the ‘Company’) wishes to advise its valued shareholders, the investing public and other stakeholders that it has changed its Auditors after obtaining Shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting held on 17 November 2023.

Ernst and Young Chartered Accountants (Zimbabwe) (‘Ernst and Young’) served as the Company’s Auditors for a term of eight (8) years. Further, in terms of Section 191 (2) of the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31), the Company is proceeding to appoint BDO Zimbabwe Chartered Accountants as the Company’s Auditors with effect from 1 December 2023, which appointment will be tabled for ratification at the next Annual General Meeting in 2024.
