Nabil co-founded, managed and directed several successful food outlets and brands within and outside the United Kingdom, where he has a comprehensive background and expertise in multi-brand restaurant management.

His experience includes overseeing Pizza Express and Clapham House Group’s Gourmet Burger Kitchen in various capacities as Managing Director, Commercial Director and CEO. He also co-owned and managed popular brands like Meat Liquor, La Piccola Deli and Rocca restaurants. Most notably, he co-founded Fulham Shore, which owns Franco Manca and The Real Greek restaurant chains across the UK, Italy, Greece, and Spain.
